Absolutely loved this conversation and honestly, first time I have heard someone in this space articulate something I've felt myself. I managed social for iconic entertainment brands for 5.5 years and just left this summer to run social for a small airport in the midwest. Everyone heavily judged me and though I had offers from big companies, I wanted to just build again and really take on a creative challenge. Kudos to you, Zaria. Thank you for your vulnerability. We're all cheering for you!
Wow!! Thank you for this episode and for asking the questions social media professionals are thinking about everyday. I would love a resource drop of the studies mentioned, if possible :)
loved this interview. quitting is the best thing you can do for your career!

Does anyone know which study Zaria refers to at 2:20? About the art of virality?
