Love this interview. What I take is how they've really focused on the emotional bts component as part of their social strategy, which generates the feeling of people rooting for them even as their brand profile has rose. This keeps people feeling emotionally connected to the brand in general vs feeling like "this brand is everywhere, I don't know who they are anymore, and I don't have to care". Very inspiring to me as an independently owned brand!!
Is there a way to have posts be link-able to speechify or another text-to-audio platform? I don’t have time to read Substack but enjoy listening to them. I used to link to speechify easily but it stopped working
