Very inspiring! I am managing the social media of various Destinations-brands, and the user-generated content narrates "wow" experiences that engage even more than with influencers. I believe that, after Instagram and TikTok, authenticity is the cornerstone of social communication. In this sense, the role of the Social Media Manager is similar to that of an author/producer who connects the brand with the audience, creating a context for dialogue while maintaining an underlying spontaneity.
