I'd imagine it was a strategic use of risk during this situation! (Meaning they did not get the rights.)

This is often my reaction to accounts achieving success through memes like these: the material is copyrighted intellectual property of other people or organizations. Good for them for going for it (and pulling it off very well!) but the idea is strictly off limits for many risk averse teams and orgs.
