Great read. I'm a marketing coordinator for a veterinary clinic in Canada that's constantly inspired by what Modern Animal is doing in the field. Even people I know that don't work in vet med reference Modern Animal's video format when talking about stellar content out there. Kudos!
At my clinic, if there's an opportunity when onboarding a new client, we ask if they're okay with us posting their pet on social media. If they say yes, we add a note to their file and then the marketing team can refer to it when needed. If we don't have that information, then we always get at least verbal consent from the owner before posting.
I've heard one horror story of a person fleeing a domestic abuse situation whose ex-partner located her due to a vet clinic posting her pet on Facebook. That story stuck with me, so even if it doesn't seem like a big deal to post a cute dog photo, I always, always check.
Amazing.

yeah they are really breaking through!
I work in VetTech and I'd be so curious if this requires any sort of NDA/signing anything to allow for filming!? Any insight anyone?

I had already enjoyed your Stack, and Amy Porterfield mentioned you in her email yesterday as well. WIN WIN.
